Product Description	These 5 year bonds pay 7% interest quarterly to accredited investors, charities and corporations. We pay 1% of the annual gross revenues of our limited partnership to local communities across Nova Scotia where our 20 wind turbines are located. This amounts to $185,000 per year that is paid to 12 different not-for-profit organizations in rural communities. These organizations determine how the funds will be allocated as determined by committees of local volunteers who know the needs of their community.
